Historia
The next book in the perennially adored No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series sees Precious Ramotswe calling upon all her maternal instincts when she's faced with a two-ton case. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but can Mma. Ramotswe and the rest of the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency come together to raise a pipsqueak pachyderm? We may find out in this novel. We may not. Who can say?

How to Raise an Elephant
Revisado: 01-07-25
I have listened to a number of other titles in this series and I have found them very sweet and relaxing. This new narrator’s use of the same high screeching voice to portray almost all the characters was very loud, grating and off-putting. I will not listen to more if this person continues. What a shame.

Historia
For lovers of both Barbie and Gloria Steinem, The Movement is the first oral history of the decade that built the modern feminist movement. Through the captivating individual voices of the people who lived it, The Movement tells the intimate inside story of what it felt like to be at the forefront of the modern feminist crusade, when women rejected thousands of years of custom and demanded the freedom to be who they wanted and needed to be.

I was very disappointed and did not enjoy. There was no real analysis or original thought by author. This book wasn’t written it was just assembled.
