In the '60s, Athene Forster was the most glamorous girl of her generation. Nicknamed the Last Deb, she was also beautiful, spoiled, and out of control. When she agreed to marry the gorgeous young heir Douglas Fairley-Hulme, her parents breathed a sigh of relief. Unexpected
Revisado: 10-07-24
The book read like a Quentin Tarantino movie. I enjoyed the book. It did leave me wondering if Douglas and Alejandro were brothers because I don’t think that was ever cleared up and if not why the first chapter? I like how they finished Athens story. She was really made out to be a villain when she just wasn’t settling for unhappiness and boredom. I liked how Jesse was introduced in the book in the impact that she made. I was not expecting the outcome of Jesse‘s character, which was a little devastating. It was a book about consideration, happiness, honesty, and unconditional, love overall I enjoyed it.

Historia
Few people can say they have seen some of the most significant moments of the 20th century unravel before their eyes. Marita Lorenz is one of them. Born in Germany at the outbreak of World War II, Marita was incarcerated in a Nazi concentration camp as a child. In 1959, she traveled to Cuba where she met and fell in love with Fidel Castro. Yet upon fleeing to America, she was recruited by the CIA to assassinate Castro. Torn by love and loyalty, she couldn't bring herself to slip him the lethal pills.

Castros name was used for the sales. This was about a spy who slept around.

Wow

This book explains perfectly how president snow ended up being the trifling man that he was. The ending with Lucy Gray threw me for a loop and I knew the minute that the number three was mentioned it was going to go downhill from there the hunger game movies I watched before I read the book, so read in the book before this movie came out was mine blowing 10 out of 10 definitely recommend
