Fantastic ya Fantasy book

I was looking forward to reading this for so long. I was thrilled when it was released on audio book. I was able to listen on my way to work. The narrator was great! It's easy to relate to the lead character Trevor. He is an underdog. you root for him through the many adventures and different times. I can't wait for the next book to be released on audio. I need to know what happens next.

Another fun adventure of Kerrigan and friends

This book had some light in the beginning where the friends were able to do a couple "normal things" before the darkness kicked in and they fought for their lives once again. it was another entertaining book in the series that always leaves me wanting more. as always it ended unresolved so I can't wait to listen to the next installment.

Some of your favorites and not so favorites return for the continuation of the kerrigan series. I love this narrator. I'm tired of simon Kerrigan but am happy to continue the journey with the gang.

Interesting Psychological Crime story

I had a hard time when I started this book. I'm not sure if it is the way it was written or they way the narrator reads the book, but sometimes it is hard to decipher if it is internal monologue or if the character is speaking out loud. Also it is clear that the author did the research on FBI policies, but sometimes there is too much detail so it slows the flow of the book.

It is an interesting concept and an entertaining book. I normally only listen on my commute, but I found myself listening at home to. I had to know how everything was going to conclude. how is this book going to reach a conclusion? If you stick with it, this book is very entertaining and thought-provoking.

Another great book in the Kerrigan series

some crazy stuff in the Kerrigan world. WARNING: cliff hanger. This book continues the saga after the last book's twist. There is a fair amount of looking back on the relationships and journeys, but it doesn't get bogged down. There are plenty of other happenings to keep the gang busy. I can't wait to read the next book. Also I love this narrator.

This one definitely has a twist near the beginning that I was not expecting. It is another great book in the Kerrigan series. All the characters you love and love to hate are back in this installment of the highly entertaining series. Definitely recommend for paranormal series fans.

Fantastic character driven mystery

Marian Selby's life is turned upside down after a disturbance in her neighborhood. Neighbors and police have gathered and she discovers the horrible news that her friend and neighbor Dianne is dead. The police rule it a suicide and close the case, but Marian knows it is not a suicide. It is a good thing Detective Charlie McClung is on the case because it seems like he is the only one who will dig a bit deeper into the mystery. Marian and Charlie work on the case together secretly, but danger is right around the corner.

I loved this book. It is a character driven story, and the mystery is the backdrop for romance. The reader gets to know Marian and Charlie at the same time the characters are getting to know each other as they investigate a crime. The characters are refreshingly real. They have flaws which makes them genuine and endearing. I love that it takes place in the 1980's. It reminds me of hart to hart, the 1980's tv show. I mean that in the most positive way. It is a fantastic first book in the Charlie Clung series.

I loved the narrator. He did a great job. Some stories are better told out loud. This book is one of them. I hope the rest of the series gets recorded on audio book.
