it was well performed and I listened to the whole thing because I'm not a quitter but jeez the insistence on calling them family was just disconcerting and unhinged. the story was ok at best, incestish behavior aside.

This book was more than I bargained for and and wonderfully written. The story is both beautiful and tragic, Inspiring and infuriating. Every chapter was another twist to the heart and it's not a story I'll soon forget. The narrator was amazing as well, she really sucks you into the story!

what's up with this book starting with a male voice for Jacob and then never hearing it again??

I don't understand how you can pronounce Jacob wrong, obviously there is no P in the name but the reader managed it anyway. however i embraced it for the most part. I listened to a different series where the reader changed the way they pronounced a main characters name on the last book?? that was way more annoying! others have said they didn't like how she read Edwards parts and how he said Bella but it says that how he always said it so at least it was consistent. overall I liked the performance in spite of the weird quirks this reader has and of course the story is great, the twilight series is amazing!

I really loved the whole story, HOWEVER

I almost didn't listen to the book at all since the girl reading it decided to pronounce Kalens name a different way than she did in the first two books. It was almost enough for me not to listen. almost. Especially frustrating since it was the same girl reading each book. Why? WHY?
