I really enjoyed this and the previous episode from Liz & Landon. They have great chemistry (well, they’re married 😉) and it translates well over to discussions in the podcast. Looking forward to more from them.

There's no doubt about it, breakups suck. But in the first few hours or days or weeks that follow, there's one important truth you need to recognize: Some things can't and shouldn't be fixed, especially that loser who dumped you or forced you to dump him.

Historia
Anyone who saw an episode of Saturday Night Live between 1999 and 2006 knows Rachel Dratch. She was hilarious! So what happened to her? After a misbegotten part as Jenna on the pilot of 30 Rock, Dratch was only getting offered roles as "Lesbians. Secretaries. Sometimes secretaries who are lesbians." Her career at a low point, Dratch suddenly had time for yoga, dog- sitting, learning Spanish - and dating. After all, what did a forty-something single woman living in New York have to lose?

As a big fan of Miss Dratch, i cant imagine it to be inferior with her narration to a print version

Historia
I have been standing on the side of life, watching it float by. I want to swim in the river. I want to feel the current. So writes Mamah Borthwick Cheney in her diary as she struggles to justify her clandestine love affair with Frank Lloyd Wright. Four years earlier, in 1903, Mamah and her husband, Edwin, had commissioned the renowned architect to design a new home for them.

Excellent, Beautiful and Heartbreaking
Revisado: 04-01-15
If you could sum up Loving Frank in three words, what would they be?
As another reviewer mentioned, DO NOT GOOGLE the characters in this books until you've finished it. Superbly written, beautiful and almost unbelievable in the unfortunately history of the end.
What did you like best about this story?
The self-exploration of mamah throughout

Historia
When twenty-two-year-old Jennifer Worth, from a comfortable middle-class upbringing, went to work as a midwife in the direst section of postwar London, she not only delivered hundreds of babies and touched many lives, she also became the neighborhood';s most vivid chronicler. Woven into the ongoing tales of her life in the East End are the true stories of the people Worth met who grew up in the dreaded workhouse, a Dickensian institution that limped on into the middle of the twentieth century.
