Historia
This book is about pleasure. It’s also about pain. Most important, it’s about how to find the delicate balance between the two, and why now more than ever finding balance is essential. We’re living in a time of unprecedented access to high-reward, high-dopamine stimuli: drugs, food, news, gambling, shopping, gaming, texting, sexting, Facebooking, Instagramming, YouTubing, tweeting....

Historia
Change comes most readily when you understand what's standing between you and success and tailor your solution to that roadblock. If you want to work out more but find exercise difficult and boring, downloading a goal-setting app probably won't help. But what if, instead, you transformed your workouts so they became a source of pleasure instead of a chore? Turning an uphill battle into a downhill one is the key to success.

Very basic but not a good primer
Revisado: 05-27-21
The book is not bad, but if you have already read anything about the topic, you will not learn much.
If you are new to the topic, this is more “nice to have” than “must read”. Not a good primer.
If you are a bit of a behavior change junkie, you willl get your fix :)

Historia
There are hidden laws at work in every aspect of your business. Understand them, and you can create extraordinary growth. Ignore them, and you run the risk of becoming another statistic. It's become almost clichéd: Eight out of every 10 new ventures fail. Of the ones that succeed, how many truly thrive - for the long run? And of those that thrive, how many continually overcome their growth hurdles...and ultimately scale, with meaning, purpose, and profitability? The answer, sadly, is not many.

Mostly a sales pitch for their paid tools
Revisado: 09-13-19
Products are mentioned in every other sentence, full of fluffy jargon and self-praise.
Very disapointed, since I adore the other McKinsey partners books.
