I loved the insight into for-profits medical care and HOW it becomes corrupt.
Also, the window into Dialysis history and all the difficulties that entangle it to this day.
HOWEVER, as much as I loved this book, all the noir descriptions and settings made this my most difficult book to listen through to date.

This wasn't the action packed LitRPG I initially set out to find, but there was enough to keep me interested.
I would've given 4 stars but the just above-average story topped on with music took my immersion in this book to a new height. This experience has made its mark.
