Hace algunas semanas vi una entrevista de Teresa donde mencionaba este libro, pensé que podría encontrar algunas ideas aplicables.
El audiolibro me sorprendió! Es realmente un recurso muy valioso para todas las mujeres (y hombres, también) un material de referencia, sin duda.
Me ayudó a comprender reacciones mías y de muchas mujeres a mi alrededor, pero sobretodo a ser más consciente de cuál es la mejor forma de proceder en situaciones donde debemos defender nuestras ideas y lo más importante, darnos cuenta de nuestro valor.
