This is a thought-provoking listen from front to back. Throughout the audiobook, I found very good ideas and insight into preparing for my transition. Most often, we get caught up in trying to complete our last position and cut short preparing to be successful in our new job...a costly oversight! Take the time to prepare yourself, your family, your team, and your organization.

A useful guide forever. This book is filled with a wealth of information and created in an easy to understand form. Overall the mathematics is quite straight forward and explained nicely with concrete examples. It also has a bunch of links to online calculators but I haven't used any yet. I learned a lot and will be using this book as a go-to source in the future.
