I have never listened , nor wanted to listen to any fantasy type novel,
but I loved this series. I especially loved the narration. I only bought the book because of Steven Pacey .He has proven to me again that he is totally the best narrator

I have enjoyed the whole series of ''Dept Q''....Initially I thought the story line of this book was weak....but after finishing I realized that it was the totally inadequate narration .....really the guy was more than bad, he totally spoiled what I think would have been a pleasant experience with the correct narrator. COME BACK MR PACEY!!!!!!!

I think the author tried real hard, maybe that was the problem.It was quite entertaining in parts but mostly contrived and predictable.....still I listened to it all, I'm not going to return it, so I guess it took care of 16 hrs of my life.
[Is the wife gonna finish Stieg's version]???

My 5 yr old grandson could write a better book....how many times can one person say ...'i dont know'...my god , how could you other reviewers could enjoy this purile drivel .....badly written and badly narrated.

This was one of the most ridiculous books ever, I think it was written by 2 five year olds in different rooms then pasted together in no particular order.
