Dom's the grumpy leader, who needs a good book on feelings. Beau, the teddy bear, cuddles as well as he kills. Lucky, the group's comic relief, could lighten up a black hole. Jasper, a Korean / American psychologist struggles with misplaced guilt. And Jaykob is like a walking 'Beware of Dog' sign, until you crack his shell.

Eden's journey with these five men is hotter than the post-apocalyptic sun. They underestimated her, but she's no damsel in distress – she's a librarian who’s been living on her own since Death Day 4 years ago. However, when she’s found and chased by a violent gang of survivors, she is rescued by the Army Rangers in exchange for being a shared sub to all of them.

"Ensnared" is a tantalizing mix of steam, survival, and sass. It's like 'The Bachelorette' met 'Pride and Prejudice', then decided to throw a kinky party. Can't wait to see how Eden wraps these guys around her little finger in the January, 2024 sequel, “Entangled'.

I listened to Ensnared by Rebecca Quinn on Audible in December. 2023. The voice actors were phenomenal!

Well crafted, funny, brash, extremely witty. Brought back some great gaming memories. I've re-listened to this book three times!

Hated It

I found it very unrealistic and off putting that the main character had no problem allowing one of the guys to repeatedly call her a slut as part of his dirty talk during sex. This was unrealistic for the character because she was an overweight woman who had just left an unhealthy relationship where she was fat shamed.

Different and Captivating

This is one of the top 5 romances I’ve ever read! I loved the sweet love that Ehd had for Beh. Surprisingly, the lack of dialogue between the couple made the story no less meaningful. I’d recommend this to any romance book lover out there.

Like Out of Africa

I couldn't stop once I started this captivating audiobook! I've lived in Africa myself and loved the descriptions of Kenya in the 1920's. The story's romance is exciting and the ending unpredictable but satisfying. Nicola Barber is an excelent narrator, If you enjoyed the book or movie, "Out of Africa", you'll love "A Spear of Summer Grass." I hope Deanna Raybourn writes more books about the main character, Delilah!
