I'm 35 years old, and I'm finally beggining the work of overcoming my childhood and adult traumas. Brene Brown has been a favorite author of mine, but I've just started to develop a love and appreciation for Oprah Winfrey and the truly heart warming work she does. Oprah's podcasts have created a space for people who have searched their soul's and who have overcome life's most painful and difficult challenges, to share their insights and wisdom with the. world.
