Adam gives a great balanced review without any spoilers and a recommendation to see Oppenheimer in the largest format possible and why. His reading of this film is excellent and he praises the use of practical effects “in camera.” One of Christopher Nolan’s finest works and a towering performance by Cillian Murphy, backed by an all star ensemble cast. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this audiobook, more so than the Power of Now book on which it is based. This goes much more into depth on how to live the principles put forth in PoN. Eckhart Tolle's soothing voice makes this an easy listen and well worth the credit spent on it.
The retreat setting means that the audio is not as crisp and clear as PoN, so if you are picky about that, that may take off 1/2 star for you. But the wonderful information presented makes it worth the listen, even if you have to listen closely to Mr. Tolle's gentle voice.
I listened to it in a night. It is so soothing that you can fall asleep to it, and then wake up and start where you left off. This is full of centering information and will change your relationship with material objects, linear time, and life in general. Five stars overall.

As an avid Game of Thrones fan, (R+L=J: I always knew it!) I rely on Audible. I have the enviable problem of getting lovely books as gifts from friends, in this case the hardcover version of this book. To my extreme dismay, I found that even with my Satechi ReadMate LED Desktop Magnifier using 5X magnification, the font was simply too small to read for extended periods of time. The illustrations in the hardcover are wonderful, however, and I am, as I said, a fan too stubborn to give up for something so minor as being unable to see the print.
Audible to the rescue! I got this book through my monthly plan, and I enjoy it greatly. I follow along with the book until my eyes get too tired. Then, I put a marker into the next chapter, and just listen to Roy Dotrice and Nicholas Guy Smith tell me of the wonders of Westeros history, geography, fable, and fantasy.
The narration at first may seem dry, especially if you do not have a book to refer to (with amazing illustrations, I must say). However, if you are used to listening to history, and learning information audibly, rather than by reading, the two narrators do a superb job of playing the role of Maesters who have "written" this book for King Tommen. (This should set this book in the timeline of GOT for fans.) It is fascinating to simply sit back and let the story wash over you. This is quite different from a novel--it is a history--so if you do not like that sort of book, perhaps this is not for you as an audiobook, and you would be better off purchasing the hardback to display on a coffee table or bookshelf.
But GOT history lovers will delight in this book, with a wealth of detail of the backstory of our favorite world. Five stars all around, and one season left to go. I think I know now who will eventually take the Iron Throne, but I won't embarrass myself by writing it here! ;)
