Wow, Coach Darcy keeps it simple and authentic in this valuable read. This book is for those who feel anxious about what to do next or not knowing what lies ahead when exploring different career options. There are simple exercises you can practice for personal growth and different approaches to staying positive, assertive, and productive. It's the paradigm shift from being passive to learning who you are proactively and knowing how to add value to your job to effectively ask for what you need. Great advice and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
