Terrible narration and missing chapters!

The narration is mechanical at best. There are missing chapters and a chapter from a totally unrelated book inserted too. Has this ever been proofed before being released? Audible should be ashamed of itself to have ever released this audiobook and, despite being made aware of the missing chapters, still keeping it available to its subscribers.
