Qanon meets GATE

Never in the 10 years I hav been on audible left a 1 star review. I thought this would be along the same lines as the Arisen series. (all time fave) But my god was this that Bad. First off the storyline is a Direct rip off of the GATE anime series. Then to make it worse the it hits you over the head with so much Qanon, pizzagate, Deep State BS that it feel like Roger Stone had a hand in writing it. No wonder the writers are constantly getting banned of Facebook.

Heartbreakingly Disappointing and Insulting

Some good, Mostly Bad. HORRIBLE ENDING

I loved the first book, but this was just like a weak fan fiction from a random tumblr account. Will Wheaton who did such a great job on the first one seemed like he was just phoning it in. Little to no change in character voicing and his voice kept cracking like some 13 year old boy. I think I know why. the box starts off Strong but about 1/3 in it starts to unravel, haft way I am betting even Will was cracking open a few Stone IPAs. Then there was the ending. An inter Stellar ship powered by solar panels and batteries? WTF??? If you have ever read the Bobiverse series, expect to rage. This could of been Ernest Clines, Empire Strikes Back. Instead it was his Star Wars Holiday Special.
