Historia
The end has come. The Arc of Radiance has been destroyed. Asmodeus, the Prince of Darkness, marches on Tarsynium with an innumerable demon host. It would seem that, at long last, the end of the world is here. The remnants of humanity gather in Tarsys, uniting their forces to make a final stand. A slim hope remains as Zara discovers an ancient spell capable of defeating the demons once and for all. Together, she and Owyn embark on a gambit to save the kingdom before it can be destroyed. Their success hinges on their friends holding back the R'Laar so they can try their desperate plan.

An Incredible Series!
Revisado: 08-15-20
I received a free copy of each book in the series and these thoughts are my own -
This was a great series - well worth any fantasy buffs listening time. The story moves along and the characters are well developed. I enjoy the first person story telling in each chapter. Truly, I hated to see the series end.
And lets not forget Michael Kramer and Kate Reading - as a team they are the gold standard!

The demons have been defeated in the Emberwood, and Owyn and Zara must travel to the capital city of Tarsys to bring word to the Conclave. However, not everything is as it seems in the city of mages. Assassins lurk in the shadows and whispers of demon plots follow a mysterious - and deadly - cult. The Arc of Radiance is failing, and if the heroes of Forest Hill aren't careful, they may help hasten its demise.

A Series That Truly Delivers
Revisado: 02-08-19
I cannot say enough about the Hell Divers series. I have listen to 1 through 4 all in a row and I am anxiously waiting for #5 (and hopefully more after that).
First let's talk about R.C. Bray - this is the first book I have listened to and he is great! He's in my top 3 for sure (and I listen to a ton of books).
Second let's discuss the author - Nicholas Sansbury Smith. He really brings these characters to life to the point that you care about what happens next. So many book are shallow in that regard and his depth, while not bogging the story down, is incredible. I also reached out to him on Twitter with a question about the book and he got right back to me - that was cool and appreciated!
I already picked up the Extinction series to listen to as well!
Absolutely read this series - you won't regret it!

There are not words to describe the excellence of this work. Luther is a complex topic and yet, Metaxas confronts him with truth and objectivity. If you ever want to know more about the man who literally changed the spiritual foundations of the world, this is the book!

Different, yet somewhat incomplete
Revisado: 04-28-16
If you could sum up A Song for No Man's Land in three words, what would they be?
My personal opinion of this book is probably irrelevant. I didn't like it, yet I loved it. This is truly a sci-fi twist on World War 1. I truly hope there is more for me to love/hate! :-)
Tim Gerard Reynolds is a top 10 narrator all the way!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
If I had the time I would have probably listened to it in one sitting.
Any additional comments?
Despite my "tongue and cheek" comments - I would recommend this to anyone who likes an "alternate" take on historical events.
