This masterpiece is a practical course not only on Economics, but in Systems Thinking and Systems Dynamics. I wish I had met him decades ago! Do yourself and the world a favor and read this and others books by Sowell.

Great complement to Quiet!

I read “Quiet” many years ago and that was a great revelation and support to me. Now Susan did it again, and I can deeply relate to “Bittersweet” in many ways. Although both subjects are not necessarily dependent, there is a strong connection between them, which made me even more aware of who I am and how to deal with life’s difficult and awesome moments. Give yourself this gift!

Probably the most relevant research of our times!

Dr. McGilchrist calls it “The Hemispheres Hypothesis”, but I think it’s out of humbleness. His meticulous and careful research shades so much light on vast areas of human history, psychology, art, philosophy, and even in modern technology and engineering. This and his newest book, “The Matter with Things”, should be mandatory reading in all college courses in any area. Do yourself a favor and read them!

I usually don’t read/listen many fiction books, even less SciFi ones, but this was a pleasant exception. All the science is but a nice backdrop for the interestelar drama developing on stage. It was great to be surprised again and again, a roller coaster of emotions! I want a friend-engineer like Rocky! Thanks, Andy!

The best compilation of Dr Deming’s wisdom! His last book is an excellent start for anyone new to Deming, and a privilege for all that knew him (or think they know). May the world learn this System of Profound Knowledge soon!

As I finish listening to this audiobook, a mix of sadness and gladness fill my being. Having Rob as a company for so many weeks during my commute has been such a pleasure, partaking in his adventures both in his interior and exterior worlds. I recommend this book to everyone!

A remarkable and inspiring account of a great leader and his faithful wife, who stood strong against a powerful humiliation machine, and not only directly influenced all around them, but set the model for millions worldwide, and particularly for their son to amplify it even more during the following decades. These are true heroes to be imitated.

Flow is invaluable in nature, manufacturing, economy, relationships and, as Mihaly demonstrates, in our inner lives. This is a fantastic contribution to self-development, and delivered beautifully by the narrator. Highly recommended for anyone seeking higher levels of performance!

Best time travel ever!

I could have written this story, and apart from being rich, most of it would be my autobiography! Of course it would not be as captivating and thrilling as Cline did so well, so kudos to him!
If you lived on that golden era, make sure you listen to it! Wil did a phenomenal narration! I will surely listen many more times!
