Where does How to Move on After a Break-Up: A Guide and Novel rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's a very serious book, with a focus on the erotic, but it's how it's read that got me. There's a seriousness to it, so I paid close attention to the details.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Lolita was fascinating, and intriguing as to how the depths of the character moved.

Which scene was your favorite?

The opening got me hooked, I must admit.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole book as a whole, it's hard to take one over another, but there's so much here to dissect.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, absolutely, especially my friends that are having problems with their sex life. This is a serious lesson plan that will definitely help many.

Who was your favorite character and why?

This is more of a sex manual, but I appreciated the narrative and approach to the subject. It's a clearly written example of what a good sexual guide should be like.

What does Marie Helene bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She brings a good voice of reason and understanding to the narrative. I love the way her voice moves through the subject with authority, a real game, if you ask me.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The Ultimate Guide For Sex

Any additional comments?

I really enjoyed this manual, it has some very distinct, valuable information on sex.

Would you listen to The Stock Market Outsider again? Why?

Yes. I'm always fascinated with the stock market and this book covers some good advice overall. I'll need to go back and take more notes, as I've started to implement a few ideas already.

What did you like best about this story?

The notion of trading is demystified for me, as I am a bit hesitant when it comes to dealing with the stock market. Philip Fanara talks about how you need to be fearless at some point, and I like that.

What about Zed Starkovich’s performance did you like?

It's approachable, jovial, and to the point. You don't get beat down with the information, it's well read.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

A light bulb turned on for me at one point, creating an illustrative way to use the stock market for my own investment landscape. The third chapter was particularly enjoyable.

Any additional comments?

My friend turned me on to this book and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s actually a solid book with some incredible elements. It’s easy to read, easy to pick up and move through, but with heavy tips and advice for those that are looking at making better investment decisions. You will find simple advice that you can apply to your portfolio today. It’s not going to make you rich over night, but that’s not what you should be looking at. There’s some good anecdotes, solid storytelling, and downright good advice that you’ll want to share with others. I recommend this book.

Would you listen to History of St. Augustine Florida again? Why?

The History of St. Augustine Florida stunned me. I haven't heard or read anything quite on par with this book in the past. I've read a lot of history books, but most are dry and analytical. This takes on the material and makes it comedic, poignant and just a fun time. I have been talking about it with my friends for a couple days now, and they are intrigued now. It's rare to get comedic and historical in such a whimsical fashion, and I loved it. I'm going to go back and listen again, and again.

What was one of the most memorable moments of History of St. Augustine Florida?

The humor involved is classic. There are moments that are definitely meant for history buffs, and as I'm studying for a master's in Humanities, I found myself laughing at some of the quick quips.

What does Josh Engel bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

An outside voice, which is far different than my own. My inner voice isn't always the most animated or interesting, but Josh Engel presents it well and gives me a larger sense of comedic timing.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I had a limited knowledge of the story, but once hearing it through I found myself fascinated with Florida, and now must learn more. I guess that's the point, it inspired education.

Any additional comments?

A solid read/listen, and one that I highly recommend to anyone that is looking at a bit of history and comedy mixed into one brief narrative. I like it.
