really enjoyed it
Revisado: 01-26-22
I feel so reassured listening to the author and the people she talked with! Making decisions and then being happy with them is always hard. This is so funny, I liked it better than a normal self help book.

Historia
In the summer of 2002, when Korea is abuzz over hosting the FIFA World Cup, 18-year-old Kim Hae-on is killed in what becomes known as the High School Beauty Murder. Two suspects quickly emerge: rich kid Shin Jeongjun, whose car Hae-on was last seen in, and delivery boy Han Manu, who witnesses Hae-on in the passenger seat of Jeongjun’s car just a few hours before her death. But when Jeongjun’s alibi checks out, and no evidence can be pinned on Manu, the case goes cold.

really unusual, feels like I'm traveling
Revisado: 10-28-21
I had to speed this one up a little for it to sound good (1.15x), but when I did, it felt really immersive and I was drawn in. Very mysterious. I'd listen to more from this author.

Listen and see if ASMR triggers your autonomous sensory meridian response, a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. With its emphasis on creating a heightened sensory experience, ASMR can bring you fully into the present moment—a powerful way to achieve the kind of total relaxation you need to achieve deep sleep.

I hope I don't have nightmares
Revisado: 09-22-20
I found the narrator's voice actually quite terrifying. I tried to give it a chance because the description said he's well-regarded in this genre, but I found mostly his voice but also the story to be frightening. Now I have to quickly listen to something else before I really fall asleep to avoid having nightmares!
