Historia
Daniel Martin has never forgotten his childhood encounters with Frank Watkins, the man who built his family a summer home out of cardboard and plywood. Frank's gaze was oddly confusing, as if he was attempting to discern the proper way to behave because he didn't know how to respond in a human manner. Since Frank obviously wasn't an alien, young Daniel thought maybe the man was crazy. In the end, Daniel would learn the terrifying truth about Frank Watkins. And as an adult, Daniel is about to discover there are more of them out there.

Not for those sensitive to animal cruelty
Revisado: 02-03-21
I enjoyed this book until there was an over abundance of animal cruelty and finally had to just skip to the last chapter to find out what happened. Bentley Little’s books that I’ve listened to have all been good but I’m noticing a predictable pattern to them after listening to several now. The overall story was okay but way too many animals nailed to walls or killed in other ways for me to actually enjoy this one.

Beautiful
Revisado: 06-25-20
I’ve been a huge Chelsea Handler for so long and I’ve seen such a change in her the last couple of years. This book is beautiful and gives you so much insight to her growth and helped me see areas where I need to grow. She will have you choking up and crying in one chapter and then crying because your laughing so hard in the next. She is so honest and raw and gives her a depth that I never knew existed.

Josie Buhrman has spent the last 10 years trying to escape her family's reputation, and with good reason. After her father's murder 13 years prior, her mother ran away to join a cult, and her twin sister, Lanie, once Josie's closest friend and confidante, betrayed her in an unimaginable way. Now Josie has finally put down roots in New York, settling into domestic life with her partner, Caleb, and that's where she intends to stay. The only problem is that she has lied to Caleb about every detail of her past - starting with her last name.

Interesting story but needs more suspense
Revisado: 04-19-18
Good overall story but I was expecting more mystery and suspense, what I got was a lot of family drama and an annoying podcaster that was everything an investigative journalist should NOT be. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the book but mostly just the last chapter.

Wil Wheaton was perfect! Such a fantastic book! This book brought back so many memories from my early childhood. Ready Player One has everything from Atari to Rocky Horror to World of Warcraft. I loved every minute of it.
