You can't post a trailer like this, promising the answers to which I seek, almost 2 years ago now, and not fulfill those promises. Thought I had found a diamond in the ruff, now I'm gonna spend the rest of my night looking into why this series was never finished because what I've listened to so far was really really good!!!!

IDK what happened to these guys, hopefully they're all ok and the cult didn't get em! would really like it if I could get the rest of the story since it tells us what happens in the beginning and end but the how we get there has yet to be told. Don't make me go looking in the dark for em!!!

Incredible just Incredible

The Courage, Bravery, and pure Bravado Misty has had to Show, and move forward with is almost inhuman. No one would have blamed her if she just had shutdown and disappeared, but instead, she stood tall, head held high and is a North Star for so many survivors Like herself . I hope she has no more nightmares as she sleeps, but instead dreams of all the women and men she has helped throughout her life!!!

Great Listen!!!

I can honestly say, I didn't see it coming. I thought I had figured it out half a dozen times and was wrong every time, which was simply awesome and refreshing!! So sick of books, movies, & TV shows, that I'm able to predict all or most of it within the first five mins. This was not predictable.

overall great story

I like how the author allows you to get to know the main character a bit before revealing specifically what his job is, which I suppose could be viewed as the entire plot of the story. The idea that suddenly people were unable to murder one another, especially if that was their whole intent, is quite interesting to me personally. Thinking of how it would change things about my own personal life if this were an actual thing was also fun.
I absolutely love the reader's voice. Ive seen quite a few of his past TV/movie projects and enjoyed those as well. Overall, I find him to be an enjoyable entertainer and will be looking forward to listening to more audibles dictated by him, hopefully he continues with this and it wasn't just a covid thing.
I highly recommend this to anyone who's open to different ideas of what happens to us when we die, as well as people who are into problem solving. Anyone that enjoys a great brain teaser I feel would quite enjoy this story as it gets you thinking about various things and situations as well as those infamous "What If" scenarios.

Was a nice quick little story

Was a nice quick little story I was able to listen to winding down the day, finishing in time for me to just be awake enough to take my ear buds out. It wasn't overly enthralling nor the best thing I've encountered but it kept my attention the entire time which is something in itself! starting the first book now, Ruin, hopeful it's able to keep my attention equally as much as this prequel along with the other prequel "The Roommate".

Idk about the the rest of you but I yelled outloud for first 2 chapters! lol I still thought I was making decisions halfway through tho book. other than that, good shirt story.

Nice short story

Easy to follow, even if your distracted here n there it's still easy to follow and get on track with what's going on. decent cast and overall an enjoyable story to pass the time.

gripped me right away

If I have a hard time focusing in the first episode I usually bail out. This did not have that problem at all. I put it on as I was getting ready for bed and ended up having to put something else on cause before i realized it, i was almost done with episode 3! I would definitely recommend And will not give any spoilers. I will say I was able to see what was coming next but not before I had thought something totally different. like the story gives you an opportunity to foresee what's next but not until right before it unfolds, as if it intentionally allows you to predict it, but again, not until it's right about to unfold in the stoyline.
