Historia
In 2014, Theranos founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes was widely seen as the next Steve Jobs: a brilliant Stanford dropout whose startup “unicorn” promised to revolutionize the medical industry with its breakthrough device, which performed the whole range of laboratory tests from a single drop of blood. Backed by investors such as Larry Ellison and Tim Draper, Theranos sold shares in a fundraising round that valued the company at more than $9 billion, putting Holmes’s worth at an estimated $4.5 billion.

She's a scammer, The End
Revisado: 08-19-19
I was interested in the story, but you basically get all you're going to get in the first few chapters. The rest of the book just drags on repeating the same story but with excruciating details that don't matter. Took me FOREVER to finish this audio. She's a scammer Jobs wannabe, ZZzzzZzzzz.

Historia
Ted Bundy killed at least 35 girls and women, and possibly hundreds. Was his first victim eight-year-old Ann Marie Burr who disappeared from their Tacoma, Washington neighborhood in 1961? Her body was never found and there were no clues, just two tenacious detectives who spent the rest of their lives trying to solve the case.

'Book Stranger Beside Me Instead
Revisado: 06-26-13
Any additional comments?
Ehhh, it was O-k. I'd read/listen to The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule instead. Ted and Ann doesn't really give any other insight on the murders or Ted Bundy.

Historia
Unsolved Serial Killings by R. J. Parker is a fascinating glimpse into the mindsets of cold-blooded serial killers. Complete with F.B.I. stats, profile classifications, and psychotic windows to peer into, this book is about the most horrific of criminals. There are some great examples of unsolved murders that leave the listener wondering, did the killer, stop killing, die, or go to prison on unrelated charges? A spellbinding new audiobook from an author with investigator in his blood!

Snorefest + Horrible Narrator
Revisado: 08-28-12
What disappointed you about Unsolved Serial Killings?
The narrator sounds like she just came out of a coma and is just learning to read again. The entire book is the author repeating that unsolved serial killers have either gotten incarcerated for another crime, moved, or just stopped killing. If you just read the previous sentence, just read it again to yourself in a old lady comatose voice and you can save yourself 5 bucks.
