Historia
Author Leslie Lehr wants to talk about boobs. She’s gone from size AA to DDD and everything between, from puberty to motherhood, enhancement to cancer, and beyond. And she’s not alone - these are classic life stages for women today. At turns funny and heartbreaking, A Boob’s Life explores both the joys and hazards inherent to living in a woman’s body. Lehr deftly blends her personal narrative with national history, starting in the 1960s with the women’s liberation movement and moving to the current feminist dialogue and what it means to be a woman.

I could not finish
Revisado: 12-07-22
This book traced the “development “ of the author from young girl to adult woman in late 20th century America as seen from her own and society’s obsession with female breasts. Unfortunately when she saw fit to inject her personal unfounded takes on present politics I could not continue

Gideon Crew - brilliant scientist, master thief, intrepid adventurer - is shocked when his former employer, Eli Glinn, vanishes without a trace, and Glinn's high-tech lab Effective Engineering Solutions shuts down seemingly overnight. Fresh off a diagnosis that gives him only months to live, Crew is contacted by one of his former coworkers at EES, Manuel Garza, who has a bead on one final treasure hinted at in EES's final case, the long-awaited translation of a centuries-old stone tablet of a previously undiscovered civilization: The Phaistos Disc.

An unfortunate disappointment
Revisado: 06-22-18
Over the years I became an avid fan of these authors’ other books and eagerly welcomed a new one recognizing that there was always reference to prior plots in each. In this book however, I felt like I had started in the middle of a storyline that required having read prior Gideon Crew novels to appreciate each of the characters. Also, the ending left too much dangling, clearly signaling a next episode without adequate resolution of this one

I never wanted this book to end. At turns hilarious, heartbreaking, breathtaking, gruesome. Metaphysical, parody, farce.
I will listen to this book again and again.
The narrator is brilliant with his delivery and what he is delivering is absolute perfection.

I have listened to all of Dugard's and O'Reilly's "Killing Books" and have enjoyed them all. I have not fact checked them but appreciate the insights especially the "footnotes" which made them more like a novel than a history lesson. I highly recommend this series.

A glimpse into the mind of a most remarkable man. Shows how a theoretical physicist doesn't have to renounce metaphysical and philosophic thoughts in a quest for understanding the universe and our place in it.

Listeners to Dr. Savage's top-rated radio talk show, The Savage Nation, know him to be an articulate and engaged spokesman for traditional American values of borders, language, and culture. Now, after eight divisive years of Barack Obama, Dr. Savage lays out an irrefutable case for how our nation has been undermined by terrorists from without, by anarchists from within, by a president and politicians with contempt for the Constitution and the law, and by a complicit liberal media.

This is my second book from this author. Although not a fast-paced action thriller and in both he takes an almost believable yet slightly bizarre premise and develops it with smatterings of science, psychology, and theology to create an enjoyable read.
