Finally gave up on it…..

The title and description sounded like it would be a good mystery with a few ghosts along the way. This was about as mysterious as going to a family reunion and listening to your relatives tell tales about their childhood. I finally just gave up after hours of wondering when it was going to get interesting!!

Heartwarming good read

Charming believable story of life, work and family and how they are all intertwined. Lovable characters and very well performed. I found myself smiling while listening. Loved it.

I hate to write a bad review because the author really has been through some tough times. I’m happy he was rescued from a tragic life, but that’s not why I bought the book.

The first 14 chapters are everything I never wanted to know about the author’s struggles in life with fitting in, being gay, the party culture, and becoming a drug addict. At Chapter 15, he finally gets to the information promised…except….

…I bought this book to gain new perspectives on helping my clients and being a better real estate agent. Unfortunately, I found no new information here. This is simply the author reading his autobiography.

History with a twist!

The story of the Donner party is told in complete historical accuracy mixed with a modern day treasure hunt and ghost story. All these elements mixed together to create a story that I couldn’t wait to hear more of. Great writing and excellent performance.

Had to skip about 8 chapters…..

The concept was interesting at first…. Then it went on endlessly. Could have been better if there was a point to the unbelievable story at all. I skipped about 8 chapters just to get through to the end, and didn’t seem to miss a thing. It was however, performed very well. 5 stars to this gentleman!!

A fun ghost story/mystery

The type of ghostly mystery that makes you smile instead of having nightmares. The performer is excellent and really brings the characters to life. I’ll follow up with the other three books in this series.

If you’ve ever doubted your own value- READ THIS!

You are not some random accident with no value! You were created by a loving God who thinks you are a treasure! This book totally opened my eyes to lies I’ve been told by Satan my whole life. I read this, put it down, and walked away free. But I’ll be back to read all the things I underlined. Great material for women, but honestly, if you are human…this book is for you!

Love Heather Graham…

Would read anything Heather Graham wrote. Typical who done it ghost story so no disappointment with the storyline. But, I had a hard time hanging in there with the performance.. The reader made the characters either too silly or too dramatic. They just weren’t believable. Hoping for better next time.
