Great road trip story!

Cute and spicy

Adorable romance, spicy scenes, great duet narration. Devil meets tea witch in a small town. If you liked Lucifer on TV, you can picture him in this book. Can’t wait for more in the series on audible

Clever story and enjoyable narration

This is a refreshing change from baseball and hockey rom coms. I loved the premise. There was a golf-related decision I had an issue with but otherwise loved it. (Don’t want to spoil it tho). Looking forward to her next book.

This was 5 star except for one plot point

Honestly there is great writing and performance here. It really would have been 5 stars, except….You know how one MC often does something stupid bc it’s “for the best” for the other MC? It drives me insane, but I usually tolerate it. In this book that action was so hurtful that I literally had to stop listening for a while and then speed it up to get through that part faster. Maybe the good writing made me sympathize with the character so much? The act seemed out of character for the one who does it also. Anyway, other than that final conflict it was great. I liked some of the other plot twists that were more unusual and creative. I will read more of their books. Just that one situation made me give it 4 stars.

Cute premise

I liked the book and the performance was perfect. I didn’t like a couple of small things, like the major coincidence was never explained and both sets of parents were jerks. I know both of those things can happen in real life but in a book I wanted at least someone to stand up to the parents. Definitely worth the listen though. I would read more from this author.

Warning if you get queasy

The basic story was good and the audio performance was great. But out of hundreds of romance books I’ve read, this has to have the most gross crude jokes/situations/comments by a factor of ten. EVERY bodily fluid is mentioned or plays a part in the story: the obvious ones plus spit, vomit, sweat, pee, poop and more. It took away from the story. I like Megan’s other books better. Try the Highland Fling instead.

New narrators but great conclusion to series

I loved Brig’s book. I was sad the narrators changed from the first three books, but they did a good job. The story is sweet with lots of flirting and slow burn. Brig really is clueless but it was cute and not annoying. You know it’s a good series when you’ll miss the town and characters. Maybe there will be more….We can hope!

Slow burn and angst

I usually don’t like dumb excuses for miscommunication but this book actually made it seem reasonable. Definitely a slow burn. Great characters. Truly moving storyline.
