One of the best series I've ever listened to! The story is grand and sweeping. It's also funny and entertaining. The audio performance is so well done! It can get a bit technical, but there are monsters and villains galore! LOVE IT!

The story bought me that same joy, that same wonder. Stephen has a way of delving into the simplicity and complexity of human nature and putting it to paper like no one else.
He is a master and this book does not disappoint. I hope someday there is a sequel!

Jim Butcher has created a world that I would very much like to visit and thanks to the series... I get to!
The characters are a study of the best and worst in human nature. The magic system the author has created in this series is intriguing! The creatures are awesome and frightening and in some cases...more human than the humans. Can I just say that I absolutely love the main character, Tavi, AKA the Princeps! I have to say I cheered when he announced his true identity to the world in this book! Heroes I love and villains I love to hate! Super excited about starting the next book!
The narration is first rate and she totally nails it and brings it to life in vibrant color!
I highly recommend!

I waited till now to post my review...for the final book . This book like the rest of the series is a delicious rollercoaster ride of romance, action and adventure! Like a really good rollercoaster ride there are moments when you close your eyes in utter terror and others where you scream with great delight. I had to read this final book with a box of tissues near me at all times to staunch the tears of joy and sadness. The author's prose and extraordinary characters evoke powerful emotions as all truly great reads do! I am awed at the worlds she has created and wished nothing more than to be a citizen of Terresan myself by the end of the story. That, or Manon, the Crochan Queen! Bravo!!!
