Love being Catholic and would like to know what is happening to the mass? This is the book for you. I learned so much. Thank you Aubible for recording such a wonderful book.

I will admit that the twist took me by surprise but what we had to go through to get there. Such hysterics! I cannot believe I wasted my time with this sophomoric drivel.

First of all the narrator was outstanding, the story was sumptuous in its descriptions, the story was also bordering, at times on the obtuse. There were chapters, and characters, I skipped as I could no longer care about yet another obscure, complex, and emotionally needy refugee who spoke in riddles about things which may, or may not, have happened. You want to know about the main two characters, well you partially get to know about one and you do not get resolution about the other. All in all...i should have spent my time listening to something else.

Warning - if anyone has been the object of sexual assault, rape, or abuse give this book a pass.

This was my daughter's favorite Disney movie...and the audio book didn't disappoint. I laughed, I cried, and I missed all the times my daughter was little and she believed that mothers could turn into a bear...and she could save the kingdom. This is for adults, children, those who have seen the movie, and those who haven't (btw why haven't you?). it is the perfect story...and I never conjure where I carve. 🙂🙃🙂🙃

This a special, beautiful, amazing, touching, and incredible story of female friendship. It is also a story of what happens when those friendships end. My new favorite book...and I have made hummingbird cake.

Ungrateful and Annoying

A family goes on a trip, the whining. complaining, and bi***ing begins. Add the politics, comparing to others, and general bratty nature...I was done listening when they got on the plane. Very disappointed. Stop being a toddler, as an adult, and stop with the politics! Not everyone is a California Liberal who hates the NRA, not being picked up in a "private SUV", and is humiliated by not being in first class...or better a private plane. I have more enjoyable stories waiting for me.

I made it to where we are introduced to the vampire and I just couldn't take it anymore. Loved the none-reading book club, but those children, I could not listen to them whine another moment. Too bad...I wanted to love it, after all I live in South Carolina and the book has much of the life down pat...minus the vampires.
