No spoilers, but I'm still laughing about poopy. I would say that this one is setting up some big storylines for later on in the series. Wait on it if you need all the action and excitement to keep you going. A little less than hoped for, but still a great installment in the series. Can't wait to hear what happens next.

This book is well put together. The story is one of fantasy from my childhood. Like going to Never-never land or Narnia. Being a gamer from a young age this strikes an even closer cord, more like Tron or becoming the protagonist in your favorite video game with one life left and everything to lose.

Unexpected

I bought this book with the hope that it might be entertaining enough to get me through my day. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was this book entertaining, but it was also quite excellent. I am the type of person who reads a lot of reviews before i purchase a new book and I was on the fence with this one. After reading reviews here and on goodreads I decided to go for it. Well worth the credit. If you are like me and are unsure about this book, I'd suggest you go for it. It's an excellent story and the narration is really good. I usually have a hard time listening to female narrators, but Hillary did a great job. This is one of those unexpected jewels you are surprised to find out of the blue.

Best thing on Audible

I first got my Audible account so that I could listen to this series. I was upset to learn that there were no digital copies off it available. However I came to find that there are several thousand other titles available so I started listening to them instead. Them when I found out that Harry Potter was coming to Audible I almost lost my shit. After listening to this narration of a book/ movies I already love I was not disappointed to hear another excellent version. Jim Dale is an excellent narrator who adds a different and unique style to Ann excellent story. Anyone who is on the fence about this need not worry our waste time out its so worth it. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible but alas i cannot stop out gets to marks in every category.

This was a good sequel to the first anthology. It just didn't live up to my expectations or the high standard set by previous book. Still worth the time of you liked the first anthology. Just don't expect it to be as good.

Highly entertaining.

This is a great anthology. All of the writers did an excellent job on their stories not just with the writing styles but also with the coherent use of characters throughout the entirety of the book. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys science fiction or comic books.

Good story.

I really liked this story. Like most good books it starts out a little slow, but it progresses at a good pace. If I had to knock anything it's that it seems nobody can finish a good story in one book anymore. This is the first of six, so far, which sucks because now I have to spend the money to get the other books. Other than that a great start to what I hope will be a good series.

This was a nice book that I enjoyed a lot. It is definitely not a book for everyone, but if you like books that involve a lot of spirituality and you aren't opposed to take a leap of faith then you'll enjoy this immensely. I like that it was entertaining throughout and offered some spiritual insight at the end.
