I like the variety of recipes. I thought I would like to rate this book as a 5 stars one, but after reading this book I have noticed that there was no picture of any recipe. I have struggled for years to find a way to incorporate healthy eating into my lifestyle and with these recipes it seems so easy. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were delicious. Now I can prepare good balanced and healthy food for all my family every day.
