Unexpected learning experience - The Expected One

This book was very interesting and I was looking forward to reading a different viewpoint about Mary Magdalene. I did learn new facts about versions of the stories that I had not know. It was a great experience and has changed my view of how I will interact with other people from now on. Looking forward to listening to Kathleen McGowan's second book. I hope it is similar to the first.

I enjoyed this book and the series immensely. (Waiting for book 5 to be added to audible -- fingers crossed!) The character growth throughout the series is genius. I hope Zoey grows more into her alchemy skills. I highly recommend listening. Julia Motyka is a great narrator -- from the voices to the emotions, she does it all.
