Valley girls sound silly

Unbelievable and unnecessarily long

As a survivor of abuse myself I find this story not only to be a lie but stupid long. I'm shocked this is a series. 1 book would've been plenty if she didn't give a minute by minute account of her life. It is impossible for a person to remember every single detail, breath by breath, minute by minute of their childhood. Even if she was to document every second of her life from birth to adolescence she couldn't have this much detail. Generally survivors of extreme abuse to the likes of what she describes end up with D.I.D and have large gaps in their memories. This story is unbelievable and a waste of time.

Boring

Same story over and over again. Enjoyed the 1st book somewhat then was seriously disappointed when I went on to listen to other 8. Once I realized it was the exact same plot only with different ghosts in each book I gave up. I sample listened to each one in hopes that at least 1 would be different and none were. Some reviews say this is a great value because you get 65 hours of listening for 1 credit. I say it's a waste since each book is a repeat of the first. No originality and the stories are really far fetched.

Shocking twist!!

All around great mystery suspense thriller. Kept me guessing all the way to the very end. Every time I thought I had it figured out, BAM! I'm proved wrong. Narrator was enjoyable not annoying and I enjoyed the different accents. Great job, great book, and great twist at the end!!

Exciting and brutal!

I enjoy apocalyptic tales although it's hard to find one that can hold my interest. This one did! The story is relatable, exciting, and savage. The brutality shocked me but in a good way. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Loved the narrator. He was the cherry on top. Bravo!! Can't wait to listen to the rest of the series!

Pleasantly Surprised

I totally expected to not like this book and was sure I'd quit listening within the first hour like most books that are "included". I was shocked that I actually enjoyed it! I've never heard of J. Scott Savage so this was my first experience with his writing. He is an excellent author, narrator was great, story was very interesting, exciting, and humorous at times. This is listed as a children's book but I'm 38 and loved it. It's definitely geared towards teenagers but still good. If you're a sci-fi fan dont pass this book by. Definitely worth the listen! You won't regret it!

Sons of Anarchy Knock Off

Sadly this book is way too much like SOA to even enjoy. The entire story is nearly identical to Sons of Anarchy but not as good. The only difference is the names of the characters which even those are similar to Sons. Very disappointed.

Motivating!!!

Loved it!! Great job of helping me to keep my run on track. upbeat background music with a wonderful motivational trainer who encourages you the whole time.
