This is a great book. I will be listening to it several times, until I get it right. She hits every question you might think of asking. I love it!
At first I didn't give a perfect score is because she used profanity once. I know that sounds petty but that would make me have to give warning or be careful who I share it with.
This book is worth sharing to anyone, like me, who needs a visual guide to their goals and dreams but is not sure where to start.

The author covered all the bases on fasting and praying when you fast. Th prayers were scripture based and everthing he said had a scripture reference. I loved it! I'm going to listen to it again to build my faith wben I fast.
