Book 5 of this series was nothing short of fantastic!!! Although I found myself getting frustrated with Nesta, I also loved her development & how everything came full circle! This genre has never been any interest to me. But at the urging of my daughter to give it a try….I was hooked from Book 1 to Book 5.

This was well read by the many participants! I cannot believe what this poor woman was put through by people she thought were her family! The disappointing thing about true stories is when they don’t turn out how you’re hoping, especially for the victim!!

Pleasantly Surprised & a Little Shook

The narrator’s voice sometimes got a tad annoying.
Other than that, GREAT continuation of the storylines for all the characters! Some very cool surprises & twists that shook me a bit but then all made sense by the end! This is not my normal genre of reading or Audio books but this series has been a fantastic surprise!
The author takes certain characters in a direction that is heartbreaking but when things come full circle or as full circle as they can be at this point in the series it makes sense & comes together very well!
SJM keeps the story moving forward so her readers get fully invested without the lag that some novels of this length can be. She brings such interest and intrigue to each character no matter who or how big/small their roll is that I found myself going back to listen again making sure I didn’t miss ANYTHING!
Although I had never heard of SJM or her books I am now after the first three in this series a fan & hooked!!

So good! I love Matthew’s willingness to be so honest about all his struggles! His desire to help others get to other side of addiction!
Listening to him read his book, you can hear what the years of abuse has done. Listening to this now that he’s passed away, definitely had my heart strings pulled on.
His book kept me interested & wanting to get to the next chapter to see what happens.
Enjoyed it from start to finish!

Wow! This book mentioned to me by a friend and she said it changed her perspective & showed her she was holding onto offenses, in turn hiding an unwillingness to forgive
So it made me curious and WOW!
I’ve always considered myself a very forgiving person but after this I am very clear on one thing…I want a renewed Spirit! I want the Holy Spirit to reveal to me any and all un-forgiveness I may be holding to against anyone
Definitely recommend this book for everyone!!
