Mali & Joe are AMAZING and worth the listen

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I believe that this book is definitely worth the listen. The book is a lot of information but easily able to be digested. I believe this book is both well written and well read. The authors took time to give you previews and then go into detail without losing my interest. They give valuable information that helps with every relationship.
Who was your favorite character and why?
There are no specific characters in the book, but they do give so many examples of how the way we think about ourselves definitely affects our relationships. I appreciate that the book addresses every single relationship, not only romantic relationships, but also business, platonic and the relationship you have with yourself.
Have you listened to any of Mali Apple and Joe Dunn ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have watched Mali and Joe on YouTube and this is almost like an extended and more structured version of their videos. They give you great information that will stay with you, the only difference is that the videos allow room for their personalities to shine so much more.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
My favorite part of the book is the "change your mind" section. This section talks about how just changing the way that you think, can do so much for you. You can hurt or heal your mood by simply just allowing your mind to revise and resubmit what you are feeling and how to turn it into a positive outlook.
Any additional comments?
I think this is a great book and should be a class taught in schools. We never actually learn how to create and maintain relationships, this could be why we suffer so much. If we were taught how to, we would do so much better.
