compact and well laid out

The author doesn't put a lot of life into the reading, but she has put together a really decent strategy book of things to be aware of and to do when designing a course. I think it would be useful for any type of teaching, whether for online or in-person. There isn't any fluff, just good practical advice.

This is my second title from James Scott Bell, the other and more in depth one is from the Great Courses, and while this one covers some of the same information it does a great job of summarizing without a lot of fluff.
