Historia
In Rules for Reformers, Douglas Wilson poaches the political craft of radical progressives and applies it to Christian efforts in the current culture war. The result is a spicy blend of combat manual and cultural manifesto. Rules for Reformers is a little bit proclamation of grace, a little bit Art of War, and a little bit analysis of past embarrassments and current cowardice, all mixed together with a bunch of advanced knife-fighting techniques. As motivating as it is provocative, Rules for Reformers is just plain good to hear.

plenty of truths, not much of it easy
Revisado: 01-14-24
This book should be required reading for men preparing to enter todays ministry. Of course, there is an argument to be had over how much to implement but Wilson does a great job pointing put how comfortable the Church is today. The narrator does a great job conveying the meaning and attitude of the text and his voice matches the content.

I had already heard about this story because of the movie they made, so I had some idea of the plot, but I enjoyed the book still 😊

Historia
A mule deer hunter never can know everything about hunting these animals because they live in over 18 states, Canada, and Mexico, and all types of terrains, including the mountains, the plains, and in deserts and creek bottoms. They’re hunted with bows, rifles, sniper rifles, and black-powder rifles. This audiobook tells how more than 30 mule-deer hunting disciples find and take mule deer at different times of the seasons.

Trust the other reviews
Revisado: 06-06-23
This book has plenty of wisdom and advice to impart. I had read the reviews about how annoying it is being read aloud web address after web address but I thought i could ignore it. Turns out it really is pretty excessive. Every time the author mentions a person, place, article, firearm, bow, arrow, release, broadhead, optic, GPS, range finder, an app, crossbow, boots, pants, companies, farms or any other noun you can imagine, the narrator is going to spend the next five to ten seconds verbatim reading a full website address or link. Unfortunately, there aren't many mule deer hunting books on Audible, so there aren't really any other options.

He also details the devastation it is already wreaking - and what we can do to get back on solid ground before it’s too late.
