Historia
The Grand Hotel is a horror novel by esteemed best-selling author Scott Kenemore ( Zombie, Ohio) that takes the reader on a thrilling ride through an interconnected series of stories narrated by the desk clerk and the residents of the hotel itself. And while it is not known whether or not the desk clerk is actually the devil incarnate, it is strange that so many visitors who come for a tour of the hotel have a way of never leaving.

Really likes this one
Revisado: 12-21-22
Interesting way to string a group of Short stories together but more interesting was how it had a decent story to use as the way to do so. Will definitely listen again.

Historia
The beloved King Ik is dead, and there was barely time to check his pulse before the royal throne was supporting the suspiciously shapely backside of an impostor pretending to be Ik's beautiful, long-lost daughter. With the land's heroic hunks busy drooling all over themselves, there's only one man left who can save the kingdom of Jenair. His name is Dungar Loloth, a rural blacksmith turned innkeeper, a surly hermit, and an all-around nobody oozing toward middle age, compensating for a lack of height, looks, charm, and tact with guts and an attitude.

Bring us a Shrubbery!
Revisado: 03-20-22
Although it was not actually part of this tale, if you're reading this because of the Shrubbery reference, then procede to the book. This book is so full of random references and Easter Eggs that I listened twice in a row and I'm pretty sure I'm still missing a few. From Lady Bebe Dubyou to a MP witch detection method, this book is packed with random laughs. James Patrick Cronin did an amazing job and this book really allowed him to use his expansive vocal talents, I honestly thought he'd be out of his element given the other books I've listened to narrated by him but I was delighted at how wrong I was in that assumption. I really hope these two polar opposite, unlikely companions continue their travels.

Historia
Mass is humanoid, but genetically evolved to cope with greater pressures, stronger gravity, and heavier densities than those of an ancient planet he never knew, nor probably ever would. For Mass, Earth is millennia in the past. His companions are equally diverse, differently evolved, and most unsuitable to him and to one another. Each live on a separate plane they had grown on separate worlds. Yet survival might depend on communication.

acquired taste required
Revisado: 12-13-21
this book was definately not for me. I'd have to say that it may be a good listen for some but the story and style are not to my taste. too much "artistic poetry" style content.

Musical Girl HP
Revisado: 12-20-19
Good story. Very Harry Potterish, but creatively different. I love the musically inspired censorship though for Bach's sake. My daughter loved the story. now shes waiting for the boom release so she can have it. Narrator is perfect for this book though, and manages to maintain the voices of each character to the end. Definately worth the listen if you need to kill half a day.
