It does a great job of breaking down the basic habits, emotions, and beliefs that some people tie to their weight issues. Then, it shows how to create self-hypnosis scripts to shift these behaviors and create lasting change. Very helpful at getting at underlying issues and changing your thoughts to support weight loss!!
