Changed my life!!!!
Revisado: 10-27-12
Would you listen to Excuses Begone! again? Why?
Yes, because I learn from it each time I read it, it transformed my life!
What other book might you compare Excuses Begone! to and why?
Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, because it also teaches how to stop living in yesterday and projecting into the future. I recommend Wayne Dyer before Tolle as Tolle went over my head until I read a few of Dyers books.
Have you listened to any of Wayne W. Dyer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
yes. I have listened to most of Wayne Dyers, I am partial to this one because it was the catalyst that started my awakening and getting out of my negative thinking pattern.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I wanted to but could not, too much to absorb.
Any additional comments?
The first time I read this was about a year ago in Kindle format, I was in deep depression and had suffered from it most of my adult life, having had a bad childhood and broken marriage, i made an identity for myself from it and didnt know it, This book showed me how I was creating my own suffering by the power of my thoughts! I highly recommend anyone ready for a drastic change in their lives to get this book, the audible or the paper back Just get it! For Christians, be open to other beliefs it doesnt mean you have to change your spirtitual life, it means it will enhance it, whatever you dont believe toss it but dont let it stop you from reading this book. I have been a christian a long time but still suffered from my self induced suffering, no more! Excuses are gone! Thank you Wayne Dyer

Awesome Tolle!!
Revisado: 06-29-12
Would you listen to Practicing Presence again? Why?
Yes many times, because, with Tolle it is about grasping a concept and you might not get it the first time as you might not be ready, this book will be very helping in helping others going through trauma and pain, so th emore I listen to it th emore I can retain.
What did you like best about this story?
The lessons on presences and spaciousness.
What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Eckharts audio are much bett than reading because you can feel the inflection and understand and absorb better listening.
Any additional comments?
The comments about the audio has not affected my listening to this, it hasnt bothered me at all, there were a couple of times where you hear some type of noise such as maybe his mouth brusing the mic, but honestly it is a live recording. I wouldnt let that stopme from buying this great audio book.

Historia
"Believing that something is wrong with us is a deep and tenacious suffering," says Tara Brach at the start of this illuminating book. This suffering emerges in crippling self-judgments and conflicts in our relationships, in addictions and perfectionism, in loneliness and overwork - all the forces that keep our lives constricted and unfulfilled. Radical Acceptance offers a path to freedom, including the day-to-day practical guidance developed over Dr. Brach's 20 years of work with therapy clients and Buddhist students.

Great!
Revisado: 04-22-12
Where does Radical Acceptance rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is comparable to Eckhart Tolle's work, I accidentally reviewed her other book! Meditations and phychotherapy wrongly, I was trying to review a book tht was horrible. Both this book and meditations and phychotherapy are great! They truly helped me in becoming more present and taught me ways to deal with my emotions and meditate in ways that will help me in the future.
What about Cassandra Campbell’s performance did you like?
She has a calming voice but speaks too fast. Would have preferred Tara Brach as narrator.
Any additional comments?
Great addition to meditation and physiotherapy which was meant for psychologists and lay people.

Good information
Revisado: 04-22-12
Where does The Eckhart Tolle Audio Collection rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is similar to most of his teachings but as with most of his teachings, he has the same basic teachings, he is not trying to add anything to the listener. The purpose of his teachings is to point to the truth. Once you recognize the truth, no matter which book of his you listen to. There have been a couple of his teachings that brought me to awakening. This was my first Eckhart Tolle audio. I had to listen to several others such as the Power of now, but it took listening to practicing the power of now for me to "get it"
If you’ve listened to books by Eckhart Tolle before, how does this one compare?
It is similar to all of his teachings. I recommend practicing the power of now as it gives most of his message as well as some meditations included.

Fear is one of the main negative emotions that all of us experience in life. Although not a good feeling, it is not bad in itself and is a natural experience, keeping us safe and protected in many situations. It only becomes a problem when we hold onto past or unnecessary fear for too long and in such a way that it stops us from moving on and fulfilling our potential in life. This hypnotherapy recording is designed to help you to release unnecessary or past fear and anxiety, so you can be relaxed, confident and in control now.

Would you try another book from Darren Marks and/or Darren Marks?
Probably not
Has Let Go of Fear turned you off from other books in this genre?
No
What didn’t you like about Darren Marks’s performance?
I wasn't find of his meditation technique. The way he spoke with his own words softly speaking in the background while he was guiding the meditation was distracting. I wasn't sure which part to focus on. I might give it another try but I find other forms of meditation far more effective.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
If you have not had experience with other forms of meditation and are new to meditation this could be beneficial to you.

Historia
The theme of this four-day retreat: "It's Always Now" The Now is inseparable from who you are at the deepest level. It is the prerequisite of Being. As you listen to the words on this tape, you participate in the retreat. To "retreat" means to step back - not only from the outer world, but also from the world in your head, the thinking mind. Allow the sound of the words to take you beyond words and beyond sound to the stillness within.

Not recommend
Revisado: 03-12-12
Would you try another book from Eckhart Tolle and/or Eckhart Tolle?
Yes
What do you think your next listen will be?
Not sure, have most of his work.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Eckhart Tolle?
No one, wouldn't listen to Tolle's teachings without him narrating
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
It has some basics that I have heard from him and learned already but for someone new this might be helpful
Any additional comments?
I have become more present since listening to Tolle's teachings and most of his teachings are outstanding, this one is things he already talks about in the Power of Now and New Earth and other messages, but the member of the audience that you don't notice much until the second recording truly is annoying and even though I could tune him out for the most part, I didn't think this was worth the credit.

Historia
What is time? We give it so much importance, but as Eckhart Tolle teaches, we can only ever experience the timeless present. The Illusion of Time explores this paradox, pointing the way out of a dysfunctional relationship to time—and into the fullness of life in the here and now.
In this empowering two-session program, Eckhart exposes the roots of our obsession with time to help us free ourselves from the ongoing stream of thoughts about the past and future—and reconnect with the depths of who we are beyond the mind.

Lose time!
Revisado: 02-20-12
If you could sum up The Illusion of Time in three words, what would they be?
Let go of time!
What about the narrator’s performance did you like?
Puts everything into perspective and it is the same subject matter and he even tells you that it is a repeat of everything he has been teaching but if you can get it on this dvd then get it! It took me listening to the Power Of Now, New earth, several of his retreats and other downloadable books. saw tons of you tube videos. but when I got the practicing the power of now is when it all came to light! BAM awakened. It is still a process and I know this but I have made more success in one week than my entire 49 years! Praise God!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I had many extreme meditation experiences just even listening to his books.
Any additional comments?
buy Power of now,the practicing the Power of now those two will change your life, if you let it!
