The absence of actual serial killer truckers

Frankly “Figs” has a wonderful voice and cadence to his story telling but my god, the rambling outside of the topic! On and on about his “ride along” really having nothing to do with the story or timeline. All that info has been covered by at least two reality shows. Yes frank, trucking is hard work, we get it.
I NEVER skip chapters in a book I paid $20 for but this one, this one I broke the rule. Kinda want a refund.

Another great story

A riveting tale of a horrible human, narrated with all the excitement of a refrigeration technician manual.
Look, I’m no wordsmith, but I know how to TELL a story, and this ain’t it. And I DEFINITELY know the difference between “Quantico” and “kwan-tee-co” and show should the narrator.
I hope he doesn’t narrate any other in the series.
