Flawed plot, and I don't enjoy the narrator

Is there anything you would change about this book?
Sophie keeps making bad decisions in my opinion. Why wouldn't she report when her apartment is ransacked?? There are leaps of faith and streaks of naiveté. I wasn't buying the whole pretense.

What didn’t you like about Caroline Shaffer’s performance?
I thought the attempt at accents was pretty bad. Why did the DC photographer sound like he was from the Bronx? The Boston accent was hardly "Harvard Yard", more Revere! I was continuously put off by the voices and accents.

Good story – well narrated

I enjoyed the story, it kept me guessing till the end. I thought Jonathan was a bit of a doofus, and may have brought on his own problems. But the story was interesting and I had no trouble sticking with it. I did like the narrator, well done without overacting.

The plot line of the story did not have much to substantiate it. There was no explanation of how the puzzles were solved. On the other hand as an audible book to listen to in the car it was enjoyable and I finished it happily.
