Historia
One of the funniest and most poignant books ever written about a mental illness, Agorafabulous! is a hilarious, raw, and unforgettable account of how a terrified young woman, literally trapped by her own imagination, evolved into a (relatively) high-functioning professional smartass. Down to earth and seriously funny, Benincasa's no-holds-barred revelations offer listeners the politically incorrect hilarity they heartily crave, yet is so often missing from your typical, weepy, and redemptive personal memoir.

Raw, Hilarious, and Educational
Revisado: 02-19-25
Seven though I couldn’t connect through personal experience, Sara still managed to make herself relatable. I loved hearing her perspective and coming to understand more about what it is like to experience and overcome crippling anxiety and mental illness. I especially appreciated her transparency and her humor.

Essentialism is more than a time-management strategy or a productivity technique. It is a systematic discipline for discerning what is absolutely essential, then eliminating everything that is not, so we can make the highest possible contribution toward the things that really matter.

One of the most impactful and applicable books I have encountered
Revisado: 11-17-22
This amazingly insightful book has spoken to me, pointedly, in so many different places and ways.
Indeed, in a world, filled with noise, tuning-in to find focus is essential to making any significant contribution to your work or personal life.
While this book is about “less, but better”, it is also about so much more. The number of “a-ha“ moments I’ve had are beyond count, so much so, that I have also purchased the printed book, to highlight and refer back to. This really is one of the most valuable books I’ve encountered, for me, at this place in my life.
I hope you will invest the time, to have the opportunity, for this message to change the way you live, for the better.

Paradigm shifting, eye opening, and practical
Revisado: 09-18-20
The performance was excellent, but the content was priceless. Coming from a middle class family, and having made the move from E (employee) to S (small business / self employed), this pulled back the veil and allowed me to understand (finally) where I am currently, and the steps to become the person who can move toward the realm of successful “I” (investor), where money works for me, instead of me working for money. From learning about the orgins of real estate and taxation, to how current tax laws affect what happens to your bank account, this book has it all. I do believe that time is the most valuable commodity, and the return on my investment for listen to this book, in its entirety, is extremely high. I plan listen to it again, ready with my notepad, to take the notes I could not while listening when driving, and dig even deeper. If you have the courage to change your life, and the life of your generations to come, this is definitely one of the first books you need to listen to (after “Rich Dad Poor Dad”). I am truly grateful that Robert has given of himself to share his wisdom. I am excited about what lies ahead for my family, now that I know what is possible and where to start.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is Robert's story of growing up with two dads - his real father and the father of his best friend, his rich dad - and the ways in which both men shaped his thoughts about money and investing. The book explodes the myth that you need to earn a high income to be rich and explains the difference between working for money and having your money work for you. In the 20th anniversary edition of this classic, Robert offers an update on what we’ve seen over the past 20 years related to money, investing, and the global economy.

Historia
If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed. On May 17, 2014, Admiral William H. McRaven addressed the graduating class of the University of Texas at Austin on their Commencement day. Taking inspiration from the university's slogan, "What starts here changes the world," he shared the ten principles he learned during Navy Seal training that helped him overcome challenges not only in his training and long Naval career, but also throughout his life; and he explained how anyone can use these basic lessons to change themselves - and the world - for the better.

Just what you need to know
Revisado: 11-02-18
This is a great distillation of what could otherwise be an overwhelming detailed and complex topic.
This applies the 80/20 rule and gives the information you would want for getting started with red light therapy.
There are other books that go deeper into the mechanism of action and specific treatments for specific conditions, but this is an excellent primer to get you started and is probably sufficient for most.

Highly Recommended - New insights abound!
Revisado: 03-12-15
Amazing book covering many more topics and aspects of mental toughness than I imagined. A huge paradigm shift! I highly recommend this audio book. The speaker is fast but clear, with great inflection. There are a few chops / breaks in the recording that you can hear, but the content is gold, and if you can appreciate this book, you should not care about a little lack of polish in the recording.
