I’m in the in between age, I’m an ER nurse and I am exhausted. I am also 57,a cancer survivor, mother of a Marine, a daughter and and my sweet grandson. My life is stress and busy all the time. I thought what ever it’s free! Well wow, this podcast has been a life savior I have enjoyed and used what I learned. I am now recommending this to new nurses. I feel so focused and happy. Thank you
