I found this book to be informative with some new information and tips . Always hard to be going thru a break up and I’ve read many such books , this one talks about many topics such as radio silence also know as the no contact rule , it talks about tips for better relationship when getting back together with your x or relationship tips in general such as eye contact during communication. Overall a good read for tips on getting thru your break up
