Pay attention to the wisdom with laughter this book holds

This book gave exactly what was expected a rollercoaster of emotions , stories that are relatable and palpable in every human’s existence. Puts face to people we know or just in passing. She had me laugh and cry and even downright get in touch with the ember of rage with injustices of this world. A real treat so treat yourself!

Very good recall of his life. The imagery made you feel as you were there. The most Beautiful thing is his admiration of his wife! She sounds resilient and loving. God bless their union always!

Never fails to be taken on a journey..

This took you down a rabbit hole. You have to pay attention to all the details given . Very vivid descriptions and characters that you could almost see the people materialize before your eyes. Her books need to be on a channel somewhere like a lifetime. Some details I was like whaaat !!! Just unimaginable storytelling. I feel in the book it was making you reflect on events in your life and well don’t listen to me go get it…

I knew you were interesting just looking at you!

I enjoyed this book tremendously! She has a way with words that is so descriptive it as if you were teleported to the time she described. I laughed, I cried, I shook my fist . It was a range of emotions and experiences that I appreciate in a Memoir . I gasped and called my parents when I realized she was the captain lady from Star Trek! I simply knew her from OITNB and knew from that point on she had depth but not as deep as hearing her life. You must listen to her book in her words that is simply Devine!

Raw, authentic, hilarious

I have a love for Chelsea. Although this one was shorter than her other books; it was packed with so much inner reflections and I appreciate it!!! Humor is her forte but also my way to deal with hard subjects so it was a nice balance of candor and rawness to help me glide right through her book. I always want to hear her voice so never stop that or I simply wont buy again. I’m glad you have gotten to the place where you are at and I hope I , too shall follow suit.
