It really boosts your confidence, especially if you have zero dating experience. While I was lifting barbells at the gym, I could feel my self‑esteem rising with every tip the narrator gave. But when I got home, I realized most of the advice was stuff I’d already heard on YouTube a long time ago, basically the same old, familiar pointers.

Choosing myself isn't selfish

"You don't chase, you choose". These are the words that stuck in my mind while listening to this audible book. I realized how many times in the past that I compromised mynown standards just to please others or to avoid being alone. But with this book, I realized that I was wrong and I need to return who I am.
Through your words Rosa, I started to reflect more and told myself that I need to be more stronger in facing life. I shouldn't just give in to the pressue around me, especially that I am a public school teacher wherein environment can sometimes be draining. I've also learned that age is not a barrier to change. We can always choose to grow, empower ourselves, and choose peace over chaos. With this audible book, it makes me think that being a high-value woman is not about perfection, but it is all about aligment with your truth. Thank you Rosa for helping me realized that choosing myself isn't selfish, it's necessary.
