I've loved this series for years, the entire Mercyverse really. I'm still amazed however that I love each new book even more than the last. This one is no exception. All of my favorite characters, good and bad, are back...except for Christy. The dangers are more horrible than ever and it feels like riding to the top of a roller coaster. I can't wait for the next book!

I'm really surprised at all of the people that hated this book. I LOVED it. The world, the characters, the amazing way her words allow you to visualize everything that is happening. It's funny that so many people are surprised that it ended on a cliffhanger. I for one can't wait for the next one.

i didn't think i was going to enjoy this as much as the Charley Davidson books, but man was i wrong! Sun and Ari are a dream team! The setting and little nuggets given out throughout the book were fantastic. It's very difficult to review without giving away too much, but all you need to know is that it's very much worthy as a follow up series!

This is my favorite one yet, and that's saying a lot since I love all of Mariana Zapata's books. I laughed so loud at one point that my coworkers insisted i play it out loud...one downloaded the book! This is the first book where I was just as invested in the side characters as I was in the main characters. I kind of want Grandpa Gus' story now! One of my favorite things about Mariana Zapata's books is that they are connected somehow. I hope we're not done with Luna and Lenny.

I don't like cliffhangers...that being said, I knew that it was going to be a cliffhanger, but Damn!!!
I am a big fan of the Fantasyland series so it was great to revisit old characters. Hmm, there is nothing I can write that doesn't include spoilers, so I will just say that I LOVE the epic world building and being able to visualize each kingdom, and how different they all are. I also love how every Character is evolving and individually and how they're evolving as couples. I can't wait for the next book! p.s. I don't know how you managed to get the perfect narrator for each character, but they are ALL amazing!
