Historia
In the middle of the night, in a house on a quiet street in suburban Minneapolis, intruders silently murder Luke Ellis' parents and load him into a black SUV. The operation takes less than two minutes. Luke will wake up at The Institute, in a room that looks just like his own, except there's no window. And outside his door are other doors, behind which are other kids with special talents - telekinesis and telepathy - who got to this place the same way Luke did: Kalisha, Nick, George, Iris, and 10-year-old Avery Dixon.

slow burn ends with a decent bang
Revisado: 05-19-20
at first I didn't enjoy listening to the narrator, but after the first few chapters I realized he's rather good.
the story itself starts out quite slow and begins to build towards the middle towards the end of the book it wad difficult to stop listening and get out of my car. well worth the listen. not a big fan of the political bashing but it takes nothing from the story.

Revisado: 06-28-18
it was mostly boring. the second story was great but the person could have given his character a bit more feel. the lone woman narrorator was amazing and even though her story fell a bit flat she did did an amazing job
