Eh
Revisado: 03-01-24
Not good. Word salad. A good communicator should be able to express their thoughts and ideas clearly to a large audience. I think you'd need to be a pastor to understand what he was trying to say, and at that point, why would a pastor need to read it.
There was nothing practical to put to use.

Just about sums it all up
Revisado: 07-07-22
I found Ed on YouTube being interviewed by Tom Bilyeu. That led me to Ed's own channel and the podcasts he hosted. I caught up with every episode at the start of covid and haven't missed a new episode yet.
This book summarizes what has taken me nearly 3 years to put together. I think it needs to be read multiple times to fully understand, or read a chapter a week and implement. Highly recommend.

Not just for military personnel
Revisado: 06-30-22
After watching an interview between Tom Bilyeu and Jason Redman, I felt compelled to purchase the book. His Positivity was inspiring. I listened to the audio version and you can hear his passion. He did a great job of describing the military aspects with 'real world' application.

Phenomenal
Revisado: 06-22-22
This is a must listen/read through to the end. Don't give up if you think it doesn't pertain. If it didn't yet, it will. Or another chapter will get your attention. Passes all time.

Plainly written, powerfully reasoned, and backed with a startling array of documented facts, Black Rednecks and White Liberals takes on the trendy intellectuals of our times as well as historic interpreters of American life.

Must read!
Revisado: 03-13-22
This should be mandatory in all schools. What people want to believe and the truth are two different things. The bigger picture must be examined before passing judgements or throwing groups of people into specific categories. I wish the author was spoken about more as those that disagree just pass off his findings without a fair argument. Mainly because they have no justifiable argument.

Should be called, "Why you're not Michael Jordan"
Revisado: 12-18-20
I'm a Chicago Bulls and Jordan fan which is why I gave it an extra star. There are no helpful tips to be relentless. The word count would be half if he didn't say, "A cooler this, a closer that, and a cleaner this," 1,000 times. MJ made you great, Tim. Not the other way around.
Do not buy.

Don't believe the one stars
Revisado: 11-06-20
This is a hilarious book! People giving it one star must not understand humor. He looked for the worst in low paying jobs and found the best. People are special and he can't hack it.
